AMENDED PARTIAL DECISION In the partial decision dated March 10, 1989, the amount reflected therein as paid by petitioner, through oversight, was Seventy Four Thousand Four Hundred Pesos (P74,400.00). However, the actual payment made by the petitioner and the receipt issued pursuant to said payment was Seventy Two Thousand Four Hundred Pesos (P72,400.00). LLjur WHEREFORE, this Hearing Officer, motu proprio, hereby amend the partial decision dated March 10, 1989, in the sense that the actual amount paid by petitioner should be Seventy Two Thousand Four Hundred Pesos (P72,400.00).
