D E C I S I O N This is a petition for voluntary dissolution of Goldfields Trading Co.,Inc.,praying that after due hearing, this Commission render judgment dissolving said corporation. ACTIcS Acting on the petition, an Order was issued on October 20, 1986, directing any person having valid claims against the corporation to file their objection thereto on or before November 17, 1986. Further, petitioner was directed to publish the petition at least once a week for three (3) consecutive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation and a similar copy thereof be posted for three (3) weeks in public places where the principal office of the corporation is located. There being no objection thereto, the Commission heard the petition on February 20, 1987 and March 30, 1987. Subsequently, thereafter, counsel for the petitioner presented and offered documentary evidence. After consideration of the evidence on hand, it appears to the satisfaction of this Commission that petitioner was able to prove the material allegations of the petition. WHEREFORE, judgment is hereby rendered declaring Goldfields Trading Co., Inc. dissolved pursuant to Section 119 of the Corporation Code of the Philippines, and that the President of the corporation is hereby appointed as Receiver to dispose of its assets and pay the debts of the corporation.
