[SEC-SICD * CASE NO. 2995. October 16, 1990.] SALVADOR REYES , petitioner , vs . LEOPOLDO C. STA. MARIA, ET AL. , respondents . D E C I S I O N Submitted by the parties, assisted by their respective counsel, is a Compromise Agreement, the terms of which are as follows: "1.) That petitioner and respondents have agreed to settle and compromise the above-entitled case by mutual consent and common agreement; 2.) That all the claims of petitioner against the respondents and the Lebs Investigation and Security Agency, Inc., have been fully, completely, and absolutely settled and satisfied by the respondents to the petitioner to the satisfaction of the latter; 3.) That in view whereof, the petitioner and respondents have voluntarily waived, abandoned, and renounced whatever other claims they may have against each other or against the Lebs Investigation and Security Agency, Inc.. 4.) That therefore, the petitioner and the respondents have agreed to ask for the dismissal of the above-entitled case, and that henceforth, all proceedings in the instant case are hereby closed and terminated and that the parties further jointly agree that they have no claims against each other in connection with the Lebs Investigation and Security Agency, Inc., before any other agencies or instrumentalities of the government." It appearing that the afore-quoted terms are not contrary to law, morals and public policy, the Compromise Agreement is hereby APPROVED and judgment is hereby rendered in accordance therewith.
