[SEC-SICD * CASE NO. 11-94-4924. February 14, 1995.] ASIATRANS INTERMODAL FORWARDERS INC. & IGNACIO L. GARCIA , petitioners , vs . ASIA-TRANS FORWARDING & BROKERAGE, INC. ET AL. , respondents . D E C I S I O N A Compromise Agreement, signed by the parties, having been submitted to this Commission, the terms and conditions of which reads as follows: "1. That the Parties agree to settle among themselves in a manner final and absolute SEC Case No. 11-94-4924. 2. That the FIRST PARTY shall have the exclusive right to the corporate name of Asiatrans and the SECOND PARTY accepts and recognizes such right. 3. That the SECOND PARTY shall be allowed by the FIRST PARTY until December 31, 1995 to use the name of Asia-trans in the former's corporate name and on or before such date the SECOND PARTY shall change its corporate name thereby dropping the word of ASIA-TRANS and eliminating such word in the SECOND PARTY'S corporate papers and signages." and finding the same not contrary to law, morals and public policy, the said compromise agreement is hereby approved and judgment is hereby rendered in accordance therewith.
