O R D E R Acting on the herein parties' joint oral motion to dismiss on the ground that they have already settled their differences by agreeing to have a general membership meeting of the association for the election of the members of the Board of Directors of the said association, this coming July 18, 1995 in accordance with the by-laws of the association this Hearing Officer, finding the subject joint oral motion of the herein parties to be well-taken, deems it proper to grant the same.
