O R D E R For resolution is the petitioners' Manifestation Cum Motion to Set Aside Order of Non-Suit, as well as the Opposition filed in relation thereto. There being no cogent and legally viable ground cited in the aforesaid Manifestation Cum Motion which would warrant the reversal of the Order sought to be reversed, this Hearing Officer is hereby constrained to DENY the same.
