[SEC-SICD * CASE NO. 07-93-4512. February 23, 1995.] CGB CONDOMINIUM OWNERS ASSOCIATION INC., ET AL. , petitioners , vs . EDUARDO J. ROXAS, ET AL. , respondents . O R D E R Before this Commission is the respondents' motion to dismiss alleging that the petition is now moot. When the motion was heard, only counsel for the movants appeared. On January 13, 1995, an Order was issued submitting the instant motion for resolution. The said order was received by counsel for the petitioners on January 24, 1995 and no comment has been filed thereto. Upon consideration of the foregoing motion and considering the election of a new board and officers of the association as well as the ratification by the members of the acts of the old board, the issues raised in the case at bar have been rendered moot and academic.
