O R D E R For consideration is a Joint Motion To Dismiss filed by the parties. LLpr Parties, in their aforestated motion, allege that they have already reached a full and complete settlement of all controversies, issues and disputes arising from and connected with the subject matter of this case, hence, they move that this case be dismissed with prejudice. After a careful examination of the herein parties' allegations in their subject joint motion and finding the same to be in order and well-taken, the same is hereby granted.
