O R D E R During the preliminary conference set on February 23, 1995 the plaintiffs in the instant case were not represented by counsel, in spite of the fact that during the first preliminary conference held herein, the Undersigned strictly directed both parties to be represented by counsels and to file their respective preliminary conference briefs. This Hearing Officer further warned both parties that failure to comply with the aforestated directive will be construed to be a ground to declare either party non-suited or in default. In view of plaintiff's failure to be represented by counsel and file the aforestated preliminary conference brief during the hearing held on February 23, 1995, said plaintiffs were declared NON-SUITED.
