LibLex The records on file with this Commission show that subject corporation has an authorized capital stock of P1,000,000,000.00, of which P200,000,000.00 has been subscribed and P72,838,550.00 has been paid at the time of incorporation. Likewise, said corporation is a registered issuer of short-term commercial papers under Exemption No. CP-40-4684.
