Butuan City S i r : This refers to your letter dated June 5, 1998 inquiring whether the regular court has jurisdiction over the case you are intending to file against the administrator and other heirs of the estate of your great grandfather for allegedly turning the estate into a corporation. prcd Please be advised that the quasi-judicial power of the SEC is limited only to controversies arising out of " intra-corporate relationship ".
