November 4, 1981 Bonmark International Philippines, Inc. c/o Mr. Luis Ma. Guerrero 2205 Avocado St., Dasmarias Village Makati, Metro-Manila Gentlemen: On February 28, 1981, the Commission received a letter from the Board of Investments (BOI) informing this Office of the cancellation of the corporation's certificate of authority due to its failure to comply with BOI terms, conditions and reporting requirements. On June 19, 1981 and August 10, 1981, this Office sent conference letters addressed to the corporation, in care of Mr. Peter Peddie, one of its major stockholders, requesting the corporation to come for advisory assistance and/or make comment relative thereto. The corporation, however, failed to appear. In view thereof, you are hereby given a period of fifteen (15) days from receipt hereof to submit your comments thereto, otherwise, the Commission will be constrained to take such necessary action under the premises.
