Pursuant to said request, transmitted herewith are the requested documents. Relative to your query, please be informed that the purpose clauses of SM Investments Corp. do not contain the phrase to "engage, operate or maintain waterworks whether domestic, industrial or commercial water service" or any statement of similar import which would authorize said corporation to engage in waterworks systems or related activities.
