Jardine Davies Building Makati, Metro Manila Sir : With reference to your letter dated September 28, 1981, inquiring as to whether the Commission will allow the proposed change of the corporate name of "The Edward J. Nell Company" to "Jardine-Nell Corporation", please be advised that the same may be allowed by this office.
