Toledo Deputy Commissioner Bureau of Internal Revenue Quezon City Attention : Prosecution Department Sir : In connection with your letter dated September 21, 1981, requesting information whether there are still unpaid subscription to the capital stock of the Bayside, Inc., we are enclosing herewith a copy of the report of our Examiners and Appraisers Department dated November 4, 1981 relative thereto, which is self-explanatory. Inasmuch as the same is based on company's latest increase of capital stock which was approved by the Commission way back on July 29, 1966, it is suggested, that you communicate directly with the corporation to get an updated information on the matter.
