September 2, 1981 Mr. Juan Quintos, Jr. Deputy Governor Central Bank of the Philippines Manila Sir : Your letter of 13 August 1981 concerning the letter of Mr. K. Erik Eriksen of Vejlevej 21, DK-8700 Hersens, Denmark, has been referred to our Hearing Officer, Mr. Enrique F. Flores, Jr. who is hearing the complaint of Mr. Eriksen filed earlier with this Commission. From our records, it appears that Mr. Jose S. Orosa was asked to comment on said letter of Mr. Eriksen, who in turn filed his comments thereto through his counsel Atty. Jaime R. Blanco on August 28, 1981.
