B. Duico & Sons, Inc., a stock corporation duly registered with this Commission in order to enforce the collection of deficiency income and fixed taxes for the year 1976. The records of subject corporation on file with this Office show that since the date of its incorporation on May 4, 1970, it failed to submit its by-laws and all of the annual reportorial requirements of this Office. However, it has not filed any formal paper for dissolution, and therefore for all legal intents and purposes, said corporation may be deemed to be legally in existence. We regret to inform you that nothing in its records shows that it owns any real property either by way of donation to it or by purchase. Please be advised accordingly. Very truly yours, (SGD.)
