Toledo Bureau of Internal Revenue Quezon City Attention : The Chief Prosecution Division 7th Floor, BIR Bldg . , Diliman Quezon City Sir : In connection with your letter dated Oct. 15, 1981, requesting this Office to furnish you with the general information sheets containing the list of officers of the MARITIME AGENCIES AND SERVICES, INC. for the years 1971 to 1974, we are enclosing herewith xerox copies of its general information sheet for the years 1971 and 1972. We regret that we cannot furnish you the general information sheets for 1973 and 1974 as the corporation failed to file its general information sheet for these years. Very truly yours, (SGD.)
