October 12, 1981 Mr. Victor Noriel Bacoor, Cavite Sir : Relative to your letter request dated May 4, 1981 inquiring as to whether Acme Steel Manufacturing Co., Inc. is still registered with this office, please be advised that a verification of the records of that corporation on file with this office shows that it is duly registered with us on June 24, 1958 under Registration No. 14101. It is still legally existing as a corporation considering that no papers dissolving the corporation has yet been filed verification conducted by the Appraisers and Examiners Department likewise shows that the corporation submitted its financial statements for the years ending 1973 through 1978. The latest correspondence we received from subject corporation is a certification from the Corporate Secretary, Atty. Nestor M. Hermida, of the annual stockholders meeting together with the triplicate copies of the minutes of the annual meeting of the stockholders of said corporation held on January 8, 1980 and which was received by this office on May 7, 1980. Per minutes of the stockholders meeting on January 8, 1980, the principal office of the corporation is located in 39 Mirasol Street, Cubao, Quezon City.
