Public Market San Mateo, Isabela S i r : This refers to your letter of April 1, 1991 requesting advise regarding the legality of an application for retirement benefits of an employee of the Market Vendors Association, Inc. Please be advised that the issue raised in your letter does not involve intra-corporate matters as to make it full within the jurisdiction of the Commission. Controversies arising out of employer-employee relationship pertain to the jurisdiction of the Department of Labor. In view thereof, it is suggested that the same be referred to that Office.
