As appearing in your articles of incorporation, your company is registered with this commission under the name RCL FEEDERS PHILS., INC. The records of this Commission show that the articles of incorporation of RCL, Cebu was approved on August 23, 2000. On the other hand, your company was registered with this Commission on December 29, 2000. Clearly the, RCL FEEDER PHILS. INC., first registered in Cebu, has acquired a prior right to the use of the firm name. In view thereof, and pursuant to your undertaking to change your corporate name as embodied in article 11 of your articles of incorporation, you are hereby directed to change the corporate name of your company to a name which is not similar or confusing similar to RCL FEEDER PHILS., INC. or to any other existing corporate names within thirty (30) days from date of actual receipt here of.
