Juliana St. Angeles City Sir : Relative to your letter-query dated August 23, 1979, please be informed that the partnership LINGKOD PHILIPPINES MANUFACTURING COMPANY (formerly: Lingkod Pension House Philippines, Co.) effected a change of name on September 29, 1978. Its present address is San Sebastian Village, Tarlac, Tarlac, Philippines. On your second query regarding the reason for such change, quoted herein are pertinent provisions of the amended articles of partnership, to wit: xxx xxx xxx THAT, WHEREAS, the partners have agreed to change the partnership's principal office to San Sebastian Village, Tarlac, Tarlac and to amend Article IX of the articles of partnership. THAT, WHEREAS, the partners desire to make the business of manufacturing of handicrafts and garments and similar products as their primary purpose and in accordance therewith, they have agreed to effect such change including the change in the name of the partnership.
