September 3, 1981 1st Indorsement Respectfully returned to Honorable Federico V. Borromeo, Governor, Board of Investments, Buendia Avenue Extension, Makati, Metro Manila, the application for increase of foreign equity of PARAMOUNT ACCEPTANCE CORPORATION with the information that this Commission does not determine whether or not the financing of motor vehicles is adequately exploited by Philippine nationals as a precondition to the approval of its articles of incorporation. This Commission stamps its approval on the charter and secondary license to engage in financing business based on the documentary requirements under R.A. 5980 and its implementing rules and regulations.
