October 16, 1981 Mr. Pascual Ukol San Isidro, Zaragoza Nueva Ecija Sir : This is to acknowledge receipt of your letter dated July 28, 1981 informing this Commission of the withdrawal of your signature in the certificate of adoption of by-laws of Sizar Lumber and Hardware, Inc. Please be advised that we shall consider said letter in the processing of the by-laws of the above-named corporation which is presently pending approval due to the discrepancy in the number of directors.
