Montao Headquarters Philippine Constabulary Camp Crame, Quezon City Sir : This refers to your letter dated April 6, 1988, inquiring on the veracity of the existence of an association denominated as PC/INP Homeowners, Inc. In connection therewith, please be advised that a verification from the Records Section of this Commission disclosed that no association/corporation under said name appears to have been registered with this Commission as of even date. Likewise, please be advised that under Executive Order No. 535, dated May 3, 1979, the powers, authorities and responsibilities of the securities and Exchange Commission with respect to homeowners' association, including the registration thereof, are now vested with the Home Financing Corporation.
