Lizaso Deputy Administrator for Regulatory Services Local Water Utilities Administration AC Katipunan Road Balara, Quezon City Sir : This refers to your letter, dated June 26, 1989, requesting the cancellation of the certificate of registration of Taclob Napo Rural Waterworks and Sanitation issued by the Commission on October 11, 1988, in view of the provisions of Executive Order Nos. 577 and 124, dated January 1980 and July 22, 1987, respectively, vesting the Local Water Utilities Administration the jurisdiction over "rural waterworks associations." Relative thereto, please be advised that in view of the above-mentioned Executive Orders, the Commission en Banc, in its meeting of July 10, 1989 resolved to forward to the Office of the Local Water Utilities Administration the corporate records of all existing "rural waterworks associations" registered with the Commission prior to and after the passage of the said Executive Orders.
