August 17, 1981 Ms. Remedios C. Balbin 84-A Retiro St., Sta. Mesa Heights Quezon City, Metro Manila Madam: In connection with your letter dated August 10, 1981, re-amendments to the Articles of Incorporation of C. J. FERNANDEZ ENTERPRISES, INC., please be informed that upon verification from the Examiners and Appraisers Department, this Commission, it appeared that subject corporation was furnished on August 13, 1981, the list of requirements that have to be complied with pending approval of the proposed increase of capital stock of that company from P2,000,000.00 to P5,000,000.00. It is suggested therefore, that you cause to comply with said requirements as soon as possible in order to facilitate processing and approval of the appropriate certificates of increase of capital stock and amended articles of incorporation of that corporation.
