September 9, 1993 Mr. Fermin A. Manhod Impasugong 8702 Bukidnon Sir : This refers to your undated letter inquiring whether it is possible to register an organization with two " modus operandi ". The Corporation Code allows corporations to have more than one stated purpose. Hence, where the purpose clause of the articles of incorporation of a corporation embodies a variety of different purposes, the corporation may be allowed to have separate " modus operandi " for each of the corporate purposes stated in the articles of incorporation.
