Sanchez for and in behalf of the Amerex Trading Corporation, for a certification that the above-named corporation has filed with this Office an application for registration and license to establish a regional headquarters in the Philippines under P. D. 218. In connection therewith, please be advised that a verification of our records disclosed that the same was filed with this Office on September 22, 1981.
