December 15, 1981 PSGT Sulpicio MDC Bonifacio, Misamis Occidental Sir : This is in reply to your telegram dated November 9, 1981, inquiring about the existence of the BAYVIEW FISHING CORPORATION and its alleged acquisition of 240 hectares swamp land situated at Sumalig, Zamboanga del Sur. A verification made on the records on file with this Commission disclosed that subject corporation was registered with this Office on October 2, 1974 with principal office located at 21 Kanlaon St., Quezon City. As to the alleged acquisition of swamp lands by the corporation, the Commission is not in a position to answer your query as nothing in its records show that it owns/acquired the alleged 240 hectares of swamp lands.
