AMENDMENT OF REGISTRATION STATEMENTS O R D E R Notice is hereby given that on 16 February 2009, a sworn petition was filed before the Securities and Exchange Commission for and on behalf of Abundance Providers and Entrepreneurs Corporation (formerly: Pacific Plans, Inc.) praying that its Registration Statements be amended to reflect the following changes: DaAISH 1) Corporate Name from Pacific Plans, Inc. to Abundance Providers and Entrepreneurs Corporation ; 2) Ownership from GPL Holdings, Inc. to Abundance Providers and Investment Corporation ; and 3) Principal office address from 2nd Flr., Grepalife Building, 221 Sen. Gil Puyat Avenue, Makati City to 18th and 21st Floors, PEAK Towers, 107 L.P. Leviste Street, Salcedo Village, Makati City . Upon review and consideration the petition and the documents submitted in support thereto, and there being no opposition filed by any interested party within the period provided in the Notice published in the 21 & 23 February 2009 issues of the Manila Times, said Registration Statement reflecting the foregoing amendment is hereby rendered effective. Notice is hereby given that, to date, no license to operate as dealer of pre-need plans has been issued to Abundance Providers and Entrepreneurs Corporation. Let this Order be published at the expense of the corporation, in a newspaper of general circulation in the Philippines within ten (10) days from promulgation of this Order.
