June 17, 2008 NON-TRADITIONAL SECURITIES AND INSTRUMENTS DEPARTMENT IN THE MATTER OF PERMANENT PLANS, INC. REGISTRATION AND LICENSING OF NEW PARTICIPATING PENSION PLANS ORDER On 26 February 2008, PERMANENT PLANS, INC. filed a Petition for Registration and Licensing of Participating Pension Plans called the "Prosperity", Diligence", "Exclusive", and "Affluence" to be applied to the remaining unsold securities covering 4,981 plans worth P540,641,297.24 as of December 31, 2007 registered pursuant to Pre-Need Order Nos. 146 series of 2005 and 247 series of 2006. TIDaCE Upon consideration of the petition and the documents attached in support thereto, the Petition of Permanent Plans, Inc. was approved by the Commission en banc in its meeting on June 5, 2008 subject to the prescribed terms and conditions stated in the Permit. Accordingly, the Certificates of Registration of Pre-Need Plans and Permit to Offer Securities for Sale totalling P1,000,000.00 under Pre-Need Order Nos. 146 and 247 dated April 22, 2005 and August 14, 2006, respectively, are hereby amended authorizing the application of the remaining unsold licensed securities as of 31 May 2008 covering 4,817 pension plans worth P522,851,625.84 to Participating Pension Plans (Prosperity, Diligence, Exclusive, and Affluence). cCTAIE However, the issuance thereof is only permissive and does not constitute a recommendation or endorsement of the securities permitted to be offered for sale. It shall be unlawful to make or cause to be made to any prospective purchaser any representation contrary to the foregoing. Let this Order be published, at the expense of the corporation, once in a newspaper of general circulation in the Philippines within ten (10) days from its promulgation.
