REGISTRATION/LICENSING OF NEW SECURITIES COVERING P100.0 MILLION PARTICIPATING PENSION PLANS ORDER On 04 September 2008, a Registration Statement was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission for and on behalf of PHILAM PLANS, INC. for the registration/licensing of new securities covering 2,000 Variable Payment Participating Pension Plans worth One Hundred Million Pesos (P100,000,000.00). CDISAc Upon consideration of the Registration Statement and documents attached in support thereto, the Commission in its meeting on 18 December 2008 rendered effective the registration/licensing of the aforesaid securities subject to the prescribed terms and conditions of the Permit. Accordingly, a Certificate of Registration and Permit to Offer Securities for Sale is hereby issued authorizing the sale of said securities. However, the issuance thereof is only permissive and does not, in any manner, constitute a recommendation or endorsement of the securities permitted to be offered for sale to the public. It shall be unlawful to make or cause to be made to any prospective purchaser any representation contrary to the foregoing. Let this Order be published at the expense of the corporation once in a newspaper of general circulation in the Philippines within ten (10) days from its promulgation.
