STcDIE Upon consideration of the Registration Statement and documents attached in support thereto, the Commission in its meeting on 26 June 2008 rendered effective the registration/licensing of the aforesaid securities subject to the prescribed terms and conditions of the Permit. Accordingly a Certificate of Registration and Permit to Offer Securities For Sale is hereby issued authorizing the sale of said securities.
