July 18, 2008 NON-TRADITIONAL SECURITIES AND INSTRUMENTS DEPARTMENT IN THE MATTER OF PHILAM PLANS, INC., registrant. REGISTRATION/LICENSING OF ADDITIONAL SECURITIES COVERING P2.0 BILLION WORTH OF PENSION PLANS ORDER On 1 July 2008, a Registration Statement was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission for and on behalf of PHILAM PLANS, INC. for the registration/licensing of additional securities covering 11,217 Participating Pension Plans worth P1.88 Billion Pesos and 1,080 Non-Participating Pension Plans worth P120 Million Pesos . DcHaET Upon consideration of the Registration Statement and documents attached in support thereto, the Commission, rendered effective the registration/licensing of the aforesaid securities subject to the prescribed terms and conditions of the Permit. Accordingly, a Certificate of Registration and Permit to Offer Securities for Sale is hereby issued authorizing the sale of said securities. integsec09 However, the issuance thereof is only permissive and does not, in any manner, constitute a recommendation or endorsement of the securities permitted to be offered for sale to the public. It shall be unlawful to make or cause to be made to any prospective purchaser any representation contrary to the foregoing. Let this Order be published at the expense of the corporation once in a newspaper of general circulation in the Philippines within ten (10) days from its promulgation.
