REGISTRATION OF NEW FIXED VALUE EDUCATION AND PENSION PLANS NOTICE AND ORDER Notice is hereby given that on March 10, 2005 a petition was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission for and on behalf of AYALA PLANS, INC. for the approval of new fixed value education and pension Plans to be sold at the following contract prices based on annual payments: I.
