PETER LIFE PLAN, INC., registrant REGISTRATION/LICENSING OF P1.5 BILLION WORTH OF LIFE PLANS NOTICE AND ORDER Notice is hereby given that on March 20, 2007 a sworn registration statement was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission for and on behalf of ST. PETER LIFE PLAN, INC., for registration/licensing of additional P1.5 billion worth of Traditional, Cremation and Life Plan Plus securities to be sold at the following gross contract prices based on annual mode of payment: Plan Types Contract Prices A.
