December 27, 2007 NON-TRADITIONAL SECURITIES AND INSTRUMENTS DEPARTMENT IN THE MATTER OF TRANSNATIONAL PLANS, INC., registrant REGISTRATION/LICENSING OF ADDITIONAL SECURITIES COVERING ELEVEN THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED FOUR (11,604) SHORT TERM PESO PENSION PLANS WORTH ONE HUNDRED MILLION PESOS (P100,000,000.00) NOTICE Notice is hereby given that on December 17, 2007 a sworn registration statement was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission for and on behalf of TRANSNATIONAL PLANS, INC. for Registration/Licensing of additional securities covering 11,604 Short-Term Peso Pension Plans worth P100,000,000.00 involving no change in benefits, other terms and conditions of the existing plan contract and no change in actuarial formulation and assumptions. This plans has a maturity value of P10,000.00 per unit. Details on the pricing of the short-term peso plan by term and mode of payment are available in the actuarial feasibility study on the file with SEC.
