January 21, 2008 NON-TRADITIONAL SECURITIES AND INSTRUMENTS DEPARTMENT IN THE MATTER OF TRANSNATIONAL PLANS, INC., registrant REGISTRATION/LICENSING OF ADDITIONAL SECURITIES COVERING EIGHTEEN THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED SIXTY SIX (18,266) PESO PLANS WORTH ONE HUNDRED FIFTY MILLION PESOS (P150,000,000.00) N O T I C E Notice is hereby given that on January 10, 2008 , a sworn registration statement was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission for and on behalf of TRANSNATIONAL PLANS, INC. for Registration/Licensing of additional securities covering 18,266 Peso Pension Plans worth P150,000,000.00 involving no change in benefits, other terms and conditions of the existing plan contract and no change in actuarial formulations and assumptions. This plan has a maturity value of P10,000.00 per unit. SIAEHC Details on the pricing of the peso pension plan by term and mode of payment are available in the actuarial feasibility study on file with SEC.
