September 7, 2007 NON-TRADITIONAL SECURITIES AND INSTRUMENTS DEPARTMENT IN THE MATTER OF AYALA PLANS, INC., registrant PETITION FOR THE CONVERSION OF UNSOLD APPROVED SECURITIES FROM FIXED VALUE EDUCATION PLAN TO PENSION PLAN WORTH P50 MILLION NOTICE Notice is hereby given that on September 3, 2007, a sworn registration statement was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission for and on behalf of AYALA PLANS, INC. for the purpose of registering additional 331 pension plans as a result of the conversion of Fifty Million Pesos (P50,000,000.00) of unsold previously approved fixed value education plans. Details on the pricing of the pension plans by term and mode of payment are available in the actuarial feasibility study on file with SEC.
