November 12, 2008 NON-TRADITIONAL SECURITIES AND INSTRUMENTS DEPARTMENT IN THE MATTER OF ETERNAL PLANS, INC., registrant. REGISTRATION AND LICENSING OF ADDITIONAL SECURITIES COVERING P300 MILLION WORTH OF FIXED VALUE LIFE PLANS NOTICE Notice is hereby given that on 5 November 2008 a sworn registration statement and other documents were filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission for and on behalf of ETERNAL PLANS, INC. for the registration and licensing of additional securities covering 15,000 fixed value life plans (MAXLIFE) worth P300 million. IESDCH Details on pricing of the fixed value life plans by term and period of payment are available in the actuarial feasibility study on file with SEC.
