REGISTRATION/LICENSING OF ADDITIONAL SECURITIES COVERING A) P500 MILLION WORTH OF PARTICIPATING PENSION PLANS B) P200 MILLION WORTH OF PARTICIPATING FIXED VALUE LIFE PLANS NOTICE Notice is hereby given that on June 19, 2008 a sworn registration statement was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission for and on behalf of PHILAM PLANS, INC. for the Registration of Additional securities covering a) 3,056 Participating Pension Plans worth P500 Million and b) 1,231 Participating Fixed Value Plans worth P200 Million. DSAacC Details on the pricing of participating pension plan and by participating fixed value life plan by term and mode of payment are available in the actuarial feasibility studies on file with SEC.
