REGISTRATION/LICENSING OF INITIAL SECURITIES COVERING ONE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED SEVENTY SEVEN (1,277) PENSION PLAN WORTH ONE HUNDRED MILLION (PHP100,000,000.00) N O T I C E Notice is hereby given that on February 7, 2008 a sworn registration statement was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission for and on behalf of FIRST UNION PLANS, INC. for registration/licensing of initial securities covering 1,277 Pension Plans worth ONE HUNDRED MILLION PESOS (PHP100,000,000.00). Details on the pricing of the pension plan by term and mode of payment are available in the actuarial feasibility study on file with SEC.
