May 16, 2008 NON-TRADITIONAL SECURITIES AND INSTRUMENTS DEPARTMENT IN THE MATTER OF HIMLAYANG PILIPINO PLANS, INC., registrant REGISTRATION/LICENSING OF SECURITIES COVERING FIVE THOUSAND (5,000) NEW FIXED VALUE LIFE PLANS WORTH ONE HUNDRED MILLION (PHP100,000,000.00) N O T I C E Notice is hereby given that on April 28, 2008 a sworn registration statement was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission for and on behalf of HIMLAYANG PILIPINO PLANS, INC. for registration/licensing of securities covering 5,000 New Fixed Value Life Plans (Soprano, Baritone and Tenor) worth ONE HUNDRED MILLION PESOS (PHP100,000,000.00). HcDSaT Details on the pricing of the life plan by term and mode of payment are available in the actuarial feasibility study on file with SEC.
