May 7, 2021 SEC NOTICE TO : All Concerned SUBJECT : Extension on Submission of Forms/Notices Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 28, Series of 2020 (i.e., Creation/Designation of E-mail Account Addresses and Mobile Phone Numbers for Transactions with the Commission) Please be informed that the deadline for Corporations, Associations, Partnerships, and Individuals under the jurisdiction and supervision of Commission to comply with SEC Memorandum Circular No. 28, series of 2020 ( i.e. , creation/designation of e-mail account addresses and mobile numbers for transactions with the Commission ) has been extended, without penalty, until June 30, 2021 . You may file the forms/notices of the MC 28, s. 2020 online through the email platform [emailprotected] . Filing of the forms/notices beyond June 30, 2021 shall be considered as non-compliant and will be subject to penalty in the amount of P10,000.00. For your information and guidance.
