April 5, 2021 SEC NOTICE TO : All Concerned SUBJECT : Scheduled Upgrade and Maintenance of SEC Interim Registration System (IRS) Please be informed that the Securities and Exchange Commission's Interim Registration System (IRS) will not be available from 6:00 p.m., 08 April 2021 (Thursday) to 9:00 p.m., 11 April 2021 (Sunday) for a scheduled system upgrade and migration to the new online registration system called the Electronic Simplified Processing of Application for Registration of Company (ESPARC). Once available, the ESPARC will be used for the registration of One Person Corporations, Corporations with 2-4 Incorporators, and Regular Domestic and Foreign-Owned (Stock and Non-stock) Corporations.
