Payment of Annual Fees

October 23, 2018 SEC NOTICE TO : All Capital Market Participants (CMPs) Professionals and Institutions SUBJECT : Payment of Annual Fees In connection with the upcoming payment of annual fees this November 2018, the Capital Market Participants (CMPs) are hereby encouraged to use the Capital Market Participants Registry System (CMPRS) , a web-enabled real time facility for online submission of applications for registration, issuance of licenses, payment of annual fees and monitoring of capital market participants (institutions and professionals). The CMPRS can be accessed at http://cmprs.sec.gov.ph/ complete with User Guide, Downloadable Forms and Terms and Conditions. There will be two (2) kiosks to be operated at the Licensing Unit of the Company Registration and Monitoring Department (CRMD) to render assistance to applicants who may wish to use the CMPRS. The kiosks will be open for the entire month of November, 2018, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon and 1:00 to 5:00 p.m., Mondays to Fridays. Only the authorized users of the institutions, with approved and valid accounts, may be allowed to use the CMPRS Kiosks. However, the manual filing of applications can still be lodged at the Licensing Unit of the Company Registration and Monitoring Department (CRMD).
