April 4, 2021 SEC NOTICE In light of the extension of the Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ) period in the National Capital Region, Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna and Rizal, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Main Office in the Philippine International Convention Center (PICC) Complex in Pasay City will continue to operate with a skeleton workforce from 5 to 8 April 2021 . It will be closed on 9 April 2021, a regular holiday for the observance of Araw ng Kagitingan. For the submission of annual reports and other documents, the SEC Electronic Records Management Division will only accommodate those with confirmed appointments in PICC and in the Commission's former headquarters along EDSA in Ortigas, Mandaluyong City until 2:30 pm only. Meanwhile, the SEC Company Registration and Monitoring Department (CRMD) will only offer the following services on site: 1. Receiving of applications; 2. Releasing of certificates; 3. Certificate typing/printing; 4. Stamping of books; and 5. Preparation of source documents. Submissions must be addressed to the CRMD Receiving Section, SEC Main Office, Ground Floor, Secretariat Building, PICC, Pasay City and must include return envelopes/pouches with the corresponding return addresses. The Commission will likewise continue to implement shortened operating hours in the payment centers located in its main office in Pasay City and its former headquarters along EDSA in Ortigas, Mandaluyong City. Payments will be accepted in the main office until 2:30 p.m. only. The public is advised to transact business online, as the SEC will continue implementing work-from-home and other alternative work arrangements, in accordance with the guidelines issued by the Civil Service Commission.
