April 23, 2015 SEC NOTICE TO : All Corporate Governance Training Providers and All Publicly-Listed Companies SUBJECT : Speaker Accreditation Roundtable Discussion This is to advise all Corporate Governance Training Providers and interested publicly-listed companies (PLCs) that the roundtable discussion (RTD) for speaker accreditation scheduled for 24 April 2015 has been moved to 04 May 2015 . The RTD will be from 1:00PM-5:00PM at the Commission Room, 8th Floor, SEC Bldg., EDSA, Greenhills, Mandaluyong City. Speakers of Corporate Governance Training Providers as well as speakers of companies for their in-house training programs are hereby enjoined to attend this RTD. Please call up Ms. Vivien Verano at (02)5846103 or email [emailprotected] by Monday, 27 April 2015 to confirm attendance.
