2011 SEC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Commission has introduced amendments to the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 8799 otherwise known as "The Securities Regulation Code of 2000". The proposed amended IRR can be downloaded from the Commission's website www.sec.gov.ph.
